What DMCA does not cover

Real DMCA limits: private groups, sites that ignore it, your own content and litigation. And the alternative routes.

01

What is outside DMCA's scope?

Closed systems requiring credentials or an invite (private Telegram or Discord groups), content you published on your own official profiles, lawsuits and legal advice. No provider can legally access private spaces, and our contract excludes them expressly.

02

What if the content isn't mine but uses my face?

Then the route isn't copyright but image rights, impersonation or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), depending on the case. Unlistix picks the right route for each recipient; DMCA is only one of the tools.

03

Does DMCA stop the content from reappearing?

No. A takedown removes one specific copy; if someone re-uploads it to another host, that's a new case. That's why the service is a subscription with continuous crawling rather than a one-off job: every reappearance is detected and re-filed.
