Image rights by country

The right to one's own image is a fundamental right (art. 18 of the Constitution) developed by LO 1/1982: publishing your image without consent is an unlawful intrusion, even if you took the photo yourself. Sharing intimate images without consent is also a crime (art. 197.7 Criminal Code).
