No. Your identity, your content and the fact that you use the service are protected at all times. Removal notices are handled by our team as authorised agent (Annex C); they are not filed under your personal name and your contact details are never published.

Notices are signed by Unlistix (ROTAMA COMPANY LTD) as agent. The recipient sees our agent, not you. Your legal identity is only used internally to verify that ownership is real, as the process itself requires.

Only the automated matching system and authorised staff under a duty of confidentiality. They are hosted on our own EU servers, never shared with third parties, and destroyed 7 days after you leave, with email confirmation.
