Pause, cancel or withdraw

From your panel, one click, no lock-in. Pausing stops crawling and biometric processing while keeping your setup; cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the paid period. Seven days before each renewal you get an email with the date, the amount and the cancellation link.

If you're in the EU, for 14 days after signing you can withdraw from the contract using the button in your panel. The service stops and the applicable refund is applied according to usage, as per the contract's withdrawal clause.

Your facial template and reference photos are destroyed within 7 days of leaving, with email confirmation. Case records and signed documents are kept for the legally required period as evidence of the actions taken.
